EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
Working in the demanding, competitive world of high-tech sales can be exhilarating, challenging – and exhausting. Inevitably, the body may reach a breaking point.
I know, because it happened to me.
Over the course of my 22-year career in Silicon Valley, I suffered from a few minor sports related injuries. Then, as my work and family responsibilities grew, all self-care activities ground to a halt. I stopped exercising and eating/sleeping well (or enough).
My mind and body gave up. I fell ill with anxiety, PTSD, and debilitating chronic pain on the right side of the body. So began my two-year healing journey.
The Hendrickson Method® freed me from the mental, emotional and physical pain. It had such a profound impact on my life that I decided to pursue the healing arts as my new way of life.
I TREAT THE ROOT CAUSE, NOT THE SYMPTOM
My deep understanding of orthopedic patterns and the human kinetic chain, allows me to find the root cause of your pain rather than treating the symptom. For example, if you are suffering from wrist pain, I will examine your entire arm and neck to find and treat the area where your arm’s mechanical system broke down.
I may discover that your pain is rooted in unprocessed emotions. With your permission, I will guide you to release that as well.
This approach is highly efficient, leads to long-lasting results and can help you heal faster. Depending on your situation, I will provide you with exercises to do at home that can help you remain pain-free.
I AM TRAINED TO GUIDE YOUR HEALING
As a Certified Massage Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in the Hendrickson Method®, I have deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology. I have also studied deep tissue, sports massage, Myofascial ReleaseTherapy (MFT), Swedish, Thai, Shiatsu, Energy Healing and burn/surgery scar therapy modalities.
It’s hard to take care of yourself when there’s so much on your plate. In our trusted partnership, we will find a solution and heal your discomfort in a safe space, free from judgment.
Sometimes you hear a voice through the door calling you,
As a fish out of water hears the waves . . .
Come back. Come back.
This turning toward what you deeply love saves you.
